Three steps, about two minutes
In BrauMo, open Ask Mo and tick Allow agent access. Copy the token it shows you.
Download the connector from that same panel and drop it into your AI client. One file, no setup, no terminal. Paste the token when it asks.
That is it. Ask about a batch, your stock, an overdue invoice, or what needs attention today.

Which batches are behind schedule?
Two of your five live batches are past target. KB-260712-03 in Unitank 2 is on day 11 against a 7 day target, and its pH has sat at 3.4 for three days, so it has stalled rather than slowed. KB-260709-01 is on day 14 with no reading since Tuesday.
Do I have enough green tea for next week's brews?
No. Your three planned brews need 4.2 kg and you have 2.8 kg, so you are 1.4 kg short. At your current rate you run out on the 14th. Your last order from Teekampagne took six days to arrive.

What it can see
The same numbers your own screens show, from the same place they come from.
What it cannot do
The part worth reading twice.
Nothing an agent does can change, add or delete anything in your brewery on its own.
If you allow it, an agent can suggest a small change, such as logging a reading. It queues in BrauMo until you approve it, on a card showing what BrauMo itself worked out the change would do, not what the agent called it.
Issued invoices, your settings, your users, and anything that deletes, pays or sends. Not gated behind a setting. Simply not available.
They come from an AI and are guidance only. Never certified food-safety, HACCP, legal or tax advice, and nothing here establishes that a batch is safe to sell.
Your AI client reads BrauMo over a local connection. Whatever you then ask goes to that client's provider under your own agreement with them, not through us.
A QC reading you approve joins your HACCP record like any you enter yourself. That is the point of letting it suggest one, and the reason to read the card before you click.
Switched off on a fresh install, and only the brewery computer may read unless you allow the rest of your network.
What it costs
Agent access is part of your licence. The AI client is yours, and so is the subscription behind it. BrauMo makes no call of its own and adds no usage fee.
Prefer the assistant in the app? Mo does that with your own Anthropic key, billed by them per question, with a daily limit you set. Use either, both, or neither.
Claude Desktop reaches BrauMo on the machine it runs on. If you use a client from another computer on the brewery network, there is a setting for that.
